CAMPAIGN: Battle of the Elements: Virtual Wellness Campaign

As part of a year-long staff engagement drive, Abstract7 was commissioned to implement a focused month-long campaign to engage and connect with staff on wellness, a strategic pillar in Clickatell’s internal communication strategy. More so, due to the remote working nature of its team
We launched “The Battle of the Elements”, a 21-day wellness challenge that asked staff to adopt at least one of four Wellness elements, ranging from water, fire (healthy food), air (exercise) and earth (mindfulness).
To drive interest and excitement, we;
- Worked with a Wellness Coach Craig and his ‘alter ego’ Frank to produce weekly videos to educate and hype participants.
- Created additional video content pieces linked to each wellness element.
- Hosted a Virtual Wellness Event where staff could submit and share their own wellness videos and tips with the rest of their team during the event.
- Sourced gifts for staff, a Wellness Pilates Ball, with ‘how to guide’ and exercises to get them started on their wellness journey.
